These Terms of service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aurea Organics e.U., dba Paradigm99 ("we", "us", or "our"), and govern your use of our website, paradigm99.com (the "Website"), as well as any purchases of products ("Products") made through the Website.
By accessing and using our Website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We encourage you to review them carefully before proceeding.

To access and use our Website and to purchase Products, you must be at least 18 years old. By using the Website, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally permitted to enter into binding agreements.

PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PRESENTATION

We strive to ensure that all product information displayed on our Website — including descriptions, ingredients, pricing, and availability — is accurate and up to date. However, we reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and without prior notice.

Please note that variations in screen settings and lighting conditions may cause differences between how colours, textures, or finishes appear on your device and how they appear in person. Paradigm 99 cannot be held responsible for such discrepancies.

We also reserve the right to update prices, introduce additional charges, or modify the product assortment and related information at our discretion. These updates will not affect any orders that have already been confirmed.

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

Once your purchase is completed, it cannot be modified, as the order will have already entered our processing system for fulfillment and delivery. However, you are welcome to request an exchange, return, or cancellation in accordance with our policies, including the 14-day right of withdrawal.

This agreement shall not be considered binding in the event of typographical, clerical, or obvious errors appearing in the offer, the online ordering system, or the customer’s order, especially where it is or should reasonably be apparent that such errors exist—for example, if a product is listed without a price.

We accept payment for Products exclusively through the secure payment methods provided on our Website. We offer several convenient options, including Apple Pay and payments via Shop pay. All transactions are processed with high-level encryption to ensure your security, and we do not store or have access to your payment information.

Card payments are securely transmitted directly to your bank through Shop pay, which complies with strict banking security standards. Your card details cannot be accessed or viewed by anyone, including us.

We do not charge any additional fees for card payments; however, please be aware that your card issuer or bank may apply their own fees.

Please note that your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorized. If payment is not received for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

PRICES

We cover all duties and taxes for orders shipping to EU countries.

For customers outside of EU, also for United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, etc., please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are beyond our control. 

The recipient of the order is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges vary by country and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs displayed on our website.

Customs Clearance: Customs procedures may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs processing.

Refused Shipments: If you refuse to pay customs duties and the package is returned to us, we may refund the product price (excluding shipping costs), subject to any return fees incurred.

We recommend that you check with your local customs office for further information on potential charges before placing your order.

ORDERS AND DELIVERY

Upon placing an order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation. Please check your email's spam folder if you do not receive an email from us.

We strive to deliver as quickly as possible at all times. We ship within 3-5 days after receipt of order (excl. weekend and holidays). You will receive an email notification with a tracking link and number once your order has been shipped.

We do not take responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond the company’s control (force majeure). Such circumstances may include labor disputes, fire, war, government actions, or failure to deliver by suppliers.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

We currently ship across EU, UK, USA and Worldwide.

RETURNS

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order. Should you wish to make a return, the product must be sent back to us within 14 days from the date you informed us of your decision.

For reasons of hygiene and safety, products that have been opened cannot be returned. The right of return is valid only if the item remains unused, in its original state, and is packed in its undamaged original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels, and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once the return package is shipped, you will receive a receipt. Keep this document until you are notified that your return has been received and processed, as it serves as proof of return.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the date we were notified of your decision to return the product. The reimbursement applies solely to returned goods and will only be processed if the item is received in the same condition as originally delivered.

We reserve the right to delay the refund until we either receive the items back or you provide valid proof of return—whichever happens first.

All refunds are made through the same payment method used for the initial purchase. For example, if you paid with a debit card, the refund will be credited to that same card.

COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS

A claim applies to defects in the product and does not cover normal wear and tear or aging of a product. A claim about a defective product must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered, preferably within 21 days of the purchase date.

hello@paradigm99.com  To ensure the quickest possible handling, we ask that you provide clear photos/videos showing the issue you are experiencing, the order number (order ID), and the email address used for the purchase. In some cases, we may request that the item be returned to us.

We strive to process complaint cases within 14 business days. If the complaint is approved, Paradigm99 reserves the right to first repair the defect, then replace the item, and as a last resort, offer a refund.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

If any part of these Terms of service is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such determination shall not invalidate any other provision of these Terms of service. Instead, the invalid terms and conditions shall be replaced with other terms in order to give effect to the commercial intentions of these Terms of service. 

These Terms of service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you  shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria. This Website is operated by Aurea Organics e.U., Austria, 1080 Vienna, Skodagasse 15. 

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Website at our sole discretion at any time without prior notice. Such termination could occur if we suspect that you have breached the terms of these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these terms of service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
